Returns Policy
Return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Antiquities may exhibit some degree of "minor damage" as these imperfections are inherent to the nature of antique items.
Minor damage refers to imperfections or issues that do not significantly impact the overall functionality, beauty, or historical significance of the antique item. Examples of minor damage may include, but are not limited to:
- Small chips, cracks, scratches or dents
- Slight discolouration or fading
- Any other signs of wear consistent with the item's age
We do not accept returns for items with minor damage. We make every effort to accurately represent each item, including any signs of minor damage. It is the responsibility of the buyer to review the product listing and images provided, and to make an informed purchasing decision.
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and the authenticity of our antique items. If you receive an item that exhibits significant damage not mentioned in the product listing or images, or if the item is significantly misrepresented, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of receiving the item. We may, at our discretion, offer a return or exchange for the item in such cases. Proof of the significant damage or misrepresentation, such as clear photographs or other relevant evidence, will be required.

We reserve the right to consider the condition of any item that you wish to return and either refuse the return, or make any deductions if there are indications that the item has been damaged beyond transit and delivery.
If we accept the request for a return, we will then provide you with details on how to proceed.
After your return has been confirmed, we recommend carefully packaging the item and using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance as sadly, we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or further damaged in transit. A refund will not be processed until the item has been received by us.
Within 14 days of us receiving your order back, we will refund you the original purchase price unless otherwise agreed. Initial delivery charges will not be reimbursed and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that how quickly the refund is posted to your account, depends on your bank or card provider.
